Respite and Recovery from Homelessness

Thanks to the volunteer and funding efforts of HandsOn Broward, the Camillus House, a Miami-based not-for-profit providing humanitarian services for the poor and homeless of South Florida, will receive a new restorative garden and multi-use event space.

Using Los Angeles as a case study, she works with students, educators and administrators, designers, non-profits, city agencies, and the community to develop policy and design that reflect a sense of love and safety rather than security and fear.
