Initially built in 1861, this Lower Garden District gem was creatively reimagined in 2021. Cadence, in collaboration with fellow LSU alumni owned, VIDA Design Studio, elevated the various outdoor spaces. New life was brought to the garden dining, lounging and entertainment vibe in this well appointed addition to New Orleans famed boutique hotel culture scene. The 75-room hotel lies in the Lower Garden District adjacent to both Magazine and Race streets and is a project of McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality. The property is an oasis unto itself, including several unique opportunities outside the room experience including two on-site restaurants, a pool + courtyard bar, and a guest-only late night lounge. Cadence served as the landscape architect of record.
