This high rise luxury senior living facility is located in the core of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project’s proximity to the New River provides a highly walkable environment which promotes active aging and gives residents access to exterior spaces and pockets of nature, which have been proven factors contributing to a better quality of life. The architectural design is slated as Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building and will provide independent care, assisted living and memory care units. This urban model also creates a social landscape enabling an inter-generational connection. Exterior amenities will include an at grade plaza with seating spaces overlooking the New River, a portal park to connect the Riverwalk to shopping and dining locations, a sky garden, elevated pool deck and therapy gardens.
