Designing an Urban Trail

Since late 2014, Cadence has served as the lead design consultant for the urban design project, Mockingbird Trail and as the creative director, project manager and landscape architect of record for the development of the trail.

Cadence will reveal the new rendering for exterior improvements for the Marino Campus Arrival Court. All design services granted to the Marino Campus were generated by funds raised from our World Landscape Architecture Month Discovery Package experiment.

Launching in the Village

In Flagler Village, the search is on for the giant Mockingbird. Have you seen it? Elusive to the human eye, the only hints of its existence is the evidence left behind, visible along the 2-mile trail. Come explore the Trail to locate all of the proof you’ll need to create your own story about our neighborhood’s mythical bird. The official launch of Mockingbird Trail will be held during the sixth annual Art Fallout hosted by ensemble member, Girls’ Club on October 17th, from 5-9pm.
