As landscape architects, we pride ourselves on creating immersive outdoor environments that enhance the guest experience. These recognitions reflect our commitment to blending nature-based solutions with luxury designs that offer memorable spaces for guests to enjoy.
The Perry Hotel and Marina
Key West, Florida
5 miles northeast of the Southernmost Point of the Continental US, The Perry Hotel and Marina is home to the largest deep water marina in all of the Florida Keys. Cadence served as the landscape architect for the expansion of the marina walk, pool amenity and outdoor entertainment spaces. Over 275 native trees and palms were brought on site regenerating this site into a Florida Keys Native habitat.
Hotel Saint Vincent
New Orleans, Louisiana
Initially built in 1861, this Lower Garden District gem was creatively reimagined in 2021. Cadence, in collaboration with fellow LSU alumni-owned, VIDA Design Studio, elevated the various outdoor spaces. New life was brought to the garden dining, lounging and entertainment vibe in this well appointed addition to New Orleans famed boutique hotel culture scene.
