Urban Swamp

In October of 2012, when the Cadence Pop-up Gallery opened its doors for the first time during Art Fallout, we could have never imagined how many talented artists we would encounter in just two short years. As creative professionals we thrive on collaboration and learning from others who create.

Art Fallout 2014

The opening reception of Urban Swamp will be held during the fifth annual Art Fallout hosted by Girls’ Clubon October 18th, 5-9pm. Cadence Pop-up Gallery will be an official trolley stop on the evening’s gallery route for the art-filled annual event.

Urban Swamp @ Artwalk

Urban Swamp is a Florida native’s reflection of her romance with South Florida’s tropical canopy and its unique wetlands. Each work is a fusion of organic and man-made materials, exploring the coexistence of established plant life and urban development.

PARK(ing) Day 2014

On Friday, September 19th, join Cadence as we celebrate our 4th rendition of PARK(ing) Day FTL. This year’s installation by Cadence will be held in two city parking spots at NW 5th Street and N. Andrews Avenue in the Flagler Village neighborhood and will run from 9am – 4pm.

Before instant news media, trading posts were a mark on the route where pioneers could meet, trade goods and exchange news. Traveling by land or by the New River, Stranahan secured fair trade with the Seminoles and took on leadership roles that began both the educational and commercial development of our City.

Destination: The Keys

Thanks to the conference committee’s gracious invitation – the entire Cadence crew was invited to attend a full day’s session of the Florida Chapter ASLA annual conference in Key Largo, FL.
