Skills needed:

• Solid critical thinking and conceptual design skills
• Interest in nature based tourism and the hospitality industry
• Comfortable graphically communicating ideas both by hand and in the computer
• Capabilities of transferring conceptual ideas into buildable design details and solutions
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites, AutoCAD + SketchUp
• Self-motivated and comfortable with accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skills not required, but could serve the team as very beneficial:

• Background in the boutique hospitality industry
• First-hand experience in the construction industry
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Interest in traveling
