The NatureScape Emerald Award recognizes businesses, municipalities, schools, government facilities and homeowners that have created and maintained model Florida-friendly landscapes or completed exceptional projects. We are pleased to accept our 3rd Emerald Award at the upcoming 17th Annual Broward Water Matters Day.

Bark Park at the Broward County Animal Care

Cadence provided a design for a multi-use exercise and play area while these animals await adoption. The new design will help facilitate additional programs and services which promote responsible pet ownership, as well as provide an additional platform to help conduct community outreach and education programs.

The neighborhood holiday tradition continues with our 6th Annual Yarn Bombing on Andrews Avenue. This year’s holiday streetscape will bring the story of The Nutcracker to the 10 street trees on the 400 block of N. Andrews Avenue. Join your friends and neighbors and come spread holiday cheer Thanksgiving weekend!

Federal Courthouse Site Tour and Workshop

The Fort Lauderdale Federal Courthouse building has been declared 1 of 11 historical resources to save and preserve in 2018. Join Cadence as we present our recent design charrette submission published in Tropic magazine’s as part of this free workshop.

Respite and Recovery from Homelessness

Thanks to the volunteer and funding efforts of HandsOn Broward, the Camillus House, a Miami-based not-for-profit providing humanitarian services for the poor and homeless of South Florida, will receive a new restorative garden and multi-use event space.
