CCC Design Guidelines Pilot Program Kick-off Questionnaire

2. In a three to four (3-4) sentence summary please describe the current status of the project ie design phase, pre-construction, permitting.
3. It is estimated that it will take 30-40 hours of work for your team to review the CCC Design Guidelines and provide the required data to the scoring committee for review. Do you have a dedicated team member available to use the CCC Design Guidelines document and submit the required information?
4. What county/agency contacts would you like to included in communication and collaboration of this effort your team in endeavoring upon with the CCC Design Guidelines and the FLWCF?
